Our Capabilities
Since 2012 MechArtisan LLC has been a manufacturing support and development resource for businesses within the Northeast USA. We have a fully equipped design and prototype studio complete with CNC milling and turning, 3D Printing, Precision Welding, Short Run Casting, and Composite Fabrication Capabilities. MechArtisan LLC provides a single point of contact for product and process development efforts which can begin with a pencil sketch and end with a fully defined manufacturing process. In addition to development programs we are also positioned to provide precision CNC machining services with quick lead times and competitive pricing. We provide in-house 3D CAD design services and are versed in design for manufacturing (DFM) , design for assembly (DFA), and LEAN strategies. As the necessity arises, MechArtisan LLC manages a hand selected group of industry professionals to round out a team that will specifically address customer requirements. MechArtisan LLC provides a small and dynamic collaborative environment which lends itself to rapid forming of ideas and concepts and ensures a personal yet professional relationship throughout the duration of a project.
